Returns & Refunds
We want our customers to be happy and satisfied with the artworks they purchase on SYONA FINE ART, such is our obsession. Also, our return policy is intended to be as comfortable and favorable as possible, to help you "take the plunge" confidently.
Free 30-days return
If any reason, you were not satisfied with the artwork you received, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order (16 days longer than the legal deadline!) to change your mind and be fully refunded of your order, including return shipping costs (for customers based in Europe and Switzerland).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us your request, by email, to Contact@SyonaFineArt.com, clearly expressing your willingness to retract and specifying the identification of the Artwork.
All you have to do is return the artwork to us in the original packaging, taking care to observe all principles for secure packing of artworks, to stick on the parcel the return packing slip and to contact us, in order to organize the departure of the artwork.
Once the artwork is safely received in return, you will be refunded as soon as possible (typically within 14 days) the full amount paid for your order.
If the order delivered is damaged or not compliant
We strive to ensure that all artworks delivered to our customers are received in excellent conditions. Despite all our diligent care, it may exceptionally happen that an artwork reaching a client does not comply with their order, or it is damaged.
If you notice that the artwork that has been delivered to you is not in conformity, has a defect, or is damaged, you must inform us without delay by email to Contact@SyonaFineArt.com, indicating to us the nature of the defect, non-conformity or damage found and by sending us any useful evidence, particularly in the form of photograph(s).
SYONA FINE ART will organize with a carrier the return of the artwork, so that it is the simplest for you (pick-up of the artwork from your home); the return costs will obviously be on us.
You will simply be responsible for packing the artwork to return in its original packaging, taking care to observe all principles for secure packaging of artworks, and to insert the corresponding purchase invoice, as well as the Certificate of Authenticity delivered with it.
Once the artwork is received back and the necessary verifications carried out, we will propose to you if applicable either the restoration or the replacement of the Artwork. If the restoration or replacement of the Artwork is not possible, you will be refunded the full price paid for the Artwork, as well as any corresponding delivery costs, as soon as possible, typically within 14 days.
