For orders placed on SYONA FINE ART website, the shipping is FREE for all European Community countries and Switzerland, whatever the amount of your order!

Our Partner Carrier
Our Partner Carrier is "FedEx Express". Each artwork is packed according to its very precise specifications, in order to guarantee optimal protection during transport. We selected our Partner Carrier under the criteria of being the most reliable and best adapted to transport artwork, each transport being tracked and ensured:
Terms of Delivery
You will be notified by e-mail of the date of dispatch of your parcel, which will be in all cases delivered by hand and signed for. If you are absent from delivery, a calling card will allow you to pick up the parcel at the Post Office or from the closest partner drop-point, according to the carrier.

In the case of an order comprising several artworks, these artworks will be delivered to you in one go, in one or more parcels, according to the specifications of the artworks.

Terms of Returns and Refunds
If the artwork arrives damaged to you, SYONA FINE ART will fully cover the cost of return and take care of the customer's compensation. If the artwork can not be repaired or restored, the customer is immediately refunded.
